Monitoring services catch any major problems before they arise which protects your business against costly downtime. Available as part of all of our support options, our monitoring service sends alerts to our helpdesk if there are any errors or issues with your infrastructure. The helpdesk then logs the issue and works on a resolution. Often this happens before the client is even aware there is a problem!
